Congressman Messer to hold town hall in Greenfield
(Washington, D.C.)— Congressman Luke Messer (IN-06) announced today that he will be holding a town hall meeting on Wednesday, August 28, from 4:45 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. in the Commissioners Chamber at the Hancock County Annex in Greenfield.
The forum, which will be open to the press and public, will provide residents of Indiana’s Sixth Congressional District the opportunity to get a Washington update from Congressman Messer and provide their input to him on important issues.
Congressman Messer has made it a priority to be available to Sixth District residents since his election to Congress. He held open meetings in all 19 counties within the first 50 days of taking office and has attended numerous public forums throughout all areas of the district since.
“I am looking forward to hearing from my constituents on the issues that are important to them,” said Congressman Messer. “I hope they will take advantage of this opportunity to provide me their thoughts on the issues facing their families, our state, and this nation.”
